A process for preparing toothpaste comprising a film based on a polymer matrix with the perfume incorporated therein with low solubility, comprising the steps of: a) forming a film based on a polymer matrix with the real absence of perfumes with low solubility, wherein said polymer matrix comprises a water soluble polymer b) form a base toothpaste comprising a perfume having low solubility c) combining a film of a polymer matrix with a base toothpaste and d) maintaining the combined film based on a polymeric matrix and a basis dentifrice for a period of time suitable to move an effective amount of perfume with a low solubility of said base in said toothpaste based film polymer matriksa.2. A method according to claim 1, wherein the flavor with low solubility selected from the group consisting of: menthol, spearmint oil, cinnamon oil, peppermint oil, clove oil, bay oil, thyme oil, cedar leaf oil, oil of nutmeg, oil sage, and oil of bitter mindalya.3. A method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the film based on a polymeric matrix includes tsellyulozy.4 polymers. A method according to claim 3, wherein said cellulose polymers include gidroksipropilmetiltsellyulozu.5. The method of claim 1, wherein the film based on a polymeric matrix includes tsinka.6 oxide.
