The present invention relates to devices for relieving soreness, pain and/or discomfort of the foot arising from a variety of painful conditions and/or injuries. The devices of the invention provide support for the foot, are affordable, minimally visible, do not interfere with the fit of normal footwear, and are easily and accurately applied. In some embodiments, the invention relate to kits comprising the devices and an application guide for directing placement of the devices.
