PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign matter sorter of laver that firstly has an excellent space aspect such as reduced installation space, etc., secondly achieves a precise detection and has excellent metal detection precision, thirdly improves treatment ability and fourthly is excellent in terms of cost and efficiency.SOLUTION: The foreign matter sorter 6 is used with a processing production process of laver A. The foreign matter sorter includes: a detection sensor 25 for detecting and sorting laver A to which metal C is attached that detects and sorts laver A to which impurities being foreign matter are attached a control means and a defect metal sorting means. The detection sensor 25 is made of reflection type, arranged opposed to the laver A to be conveyed and detects the metal C attached to the laver A. The control means controls the drive of the defect metal sorting means on the basis of the detected result of the detection sensor 25 and the defect metal sorting means sorts the laver A to which the metal C is attached.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】第1に、設置スペースが削減される等、スペース面に優れ、第2に、正確な検出が実現でき、金属検出精度に優れると共に、第3に、処理能力が向上し、第4に、コスト面や効率面にも優れた、海苔の異物選別機を提案する。【解決手段】この異物選別機6は、海苔Aの加工製造工程に付帯して使用される。そして、異物である夾雑物が付着した海苔Aを検出,選別可能であると共に、異物である金属Cが付着した海苔Aを検出,選別可能であり、金属Cが付着した海苔Aの検出,選別用の、探知センサー25,制御手段,金属不良選別手段を備えている。探知センサー25は、反射型よりなり、搬送される海苔Aに対向配設されており、海苔Aに付着した金属Cを検出可能である。制御手段は、探知センサー25の検出結果に基づき、金属不良選別手段の駆動を制御し、金属不良選別手段は、金属Cが付着した海苔Aを選別可能となっている。【選択図】図1
