Ophthalmic twin holes tube comprises a first tube and second tube. The second tube has a portion which hardness is different, one portion is on one end of the second tube. The second tube, the other end of the second tube, having substantially the same hardness as the first end portion, having another portion. Portion and the portion of the second tube of the first tube may have approximately the same hardness. In some embodiments, have the same hardness, parts and portions of the second tube of the first tube can correspond to each other along the tube. One part may have a hardness of 80-90 Shore A, while the other part may be 60 to 70 Shore the A.
