The invention provides cushion means for a user to lie or sit on in use, the cushion means including a first layer on a first side of the cushion means, having a plurality of inflatable cells and at least a second layer on a second, opposing side of the cushion means having a foam surface. The cushion means is provided to be reversible such that a patient may lie or sit on either of the first or second, opposing sides of the cushion means, depending on their specific needs.
