It comprises a greenhouse 2, at least one solar energy collector 8, a storage tank 6 located inside the greenhouse 2, a heat exchange circuit 22, 26, 28 contained inside the greenhouse, means 26 for circulating a heat-transfer fluid between the said heat-exchange circuit and the storage tank on the one hand and between the solar collector 8 and the storage tank 6 on the other hand. The means for circulating the said heat-transfer fluid comprise a series of pipes 30 located inside the greenhouse, these pipes 30 including one end connected to a fluid distributor 26 connected to the tank 6 by a pipeline 22. <IMAGE>
