FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and may be used for treating locally advanced gastric cancer. Method involves three stages of treatment. I stage – two courses of neoadjuvant induction PCT according to scheme Flot: oxaliplatin 85 mg/m2, docetaxel 50 mg/m2, leucovorin 200 mg/m2 and 5-fluorouracil 2,600 mg/m2 for 48 hours with an interval between courses of 14 calendar days. Stage II – 2 weeks after the second course of PCT Flot, the radiation therapy is conducted for 23 days to TBD 44–46 Gy with fractionation of dose with 2 Gy and simultaneously chemotherapy: capecitabine in dose 1,850±10 % mg/m2 per os is administered 1 hour before the first irradiation session in two divided doses every 12 hours for the whole course of radiation therapy, including week-ends and eloxatine in dose of 85±10 % mg/m2 is introduced intravenously drop-by-drop in 2 hours once in 1st and 21st days of treatment. Stage III – 4–6 weeks after the chemoradiation treatment is completed, surgical treatment is performed in the amount of gastricectomy D2/subtotal resection of stomach D2.EFFECT: use of the invention enables improving the efficiency of the radical surgery by combining neoadjuvant polychemotherapy according to the Flot scheme and the prolonged chemoradiation therapy of the primary tumor and the region of the regional lymphocyte collection.1 cl, 1 ex, 7 dwgИзобретение относится к области медицины, а именно, к онкологии, и может быт использовано для лечения местно-распространенного рака желудка.
