The present invention relates to a mushroom cultivation method using an inoculum insert tool for a mushroom cultivation sawdust medium. The present invention applies the inoculum insert tool, which has a head unit, a pin unit, and an inserting stone unit while having multiple inoculum insertion holes formed on the periphery of the pin unit having an air flow groove on the center to be linked to the air flow groove in a mushroom inoculum inoculating step to easily insert the mushroom inoculum to the inner center of the sawdust medium by using a single insert tool type, ensures easy inoculation to the sawdust medium as well as smooth oxygen supply and carbon dioxide emission, thereby ensuring the operation efficiency of the inoculation and rapid cultivation to enhance the productivity. The present invention also adjusts the uniform depth of the insert tool being inserted into the sawdust medium to inoculate in order to enhance the survival rate of the mushroom and quality even more while ensuring the smooth oxygen supply and emission of gases generated in the medium for the inoculum injected into the sawdust medium.
