Disclosed relates to a transdermal patch comprising paroxetine that is useful to reduce the side effects accompanied with the initial high drug concentration after oral administration of paroxetine and decrease the broad metabolism of the drug in the liver. Moreover, the transdermal patch comprising paroxetine of the present invention has an excellent skin permeation rate and shows high bioavailability compared with oral administration of the drug.La présente invention a trait à un timbre transdermique comportant de la paroxétine utile pour la réduction deffets secondaires accompagnant la concentration forte initiale de médicament suite à ladministration orale de la paroxétine et la réduction du métabolisme global du médicament dans le foie. En outre, le timbre transdermique comportant de la paroxétine de la présente invention possède un excellent taux de perméation cutanée et présente une biodisponibilité élevée par rapport à ladministration orale du médicament.
