The present invention relates to a tissue protection device for a mitral valve membrane cerclage procedure and, more specifically, to a tissue protection device for protecting tissue in the body (heart) from cerclage threads in the mitral valve membrane cerclage procedure performed on patients with mitral regurgitation. The tissue protection device for a mitral valve membrane cerclage procedure of the present invention is a hollow circular tube into which cerclage threads (10a, 10b) are inserted, wherein a hole (22) is formed in one side surface of the circular tube so that the cerclage thread (10a) for insertion into coronary sinus, which enters the coronary sinus, escapes from the circular tube through the hole (22), and wherein a lower portion of the hole is inserted into the tricuspid valve to protect tissues of the tricuspid valve membrane and ventricular septum.본 발명은 승모판막 서클라지 시술용 조직보호기구에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 승모판 역류증 환자에게 시술되는 승모판막 서클라지 시술에서 신체(심장) 내의 조직을 서클라지 실로부터 보호하기 위한 조직보호기구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 승모판막 서클라지 시술용 조직보호기구는 서클라지 실(10a, 10b)이 삽입되는 속이 빈 원통형 튜브로서, 원통형의 튜브의 일측 측면에는 관상정맥동으로 들어가는 관상정맥동 삽입용 서클라지 실(10a)이 상기 원통형 튜브를 빠져나오도록 구멍(hole, 22)이 형성되며, 상기 구멍의 하부측은 삼천판막으로 삽입되어 삼천판막과 심실중격의 조직을 보호하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
