The present invention relates to a beverage for hangover relief containing a Stewartia pseudocamellia extract, which is edible as it is by manufacturing the extract extracted with water or ethanol using a Stewartia pseudocamellia extract, namely, branches of leaves of Stewartia pseudocamellia, or which is edible by diluting the beverage with water, and also relates to a manufacturing method thereof.
