PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pants-type diaper giving no impression of fitting too tightly.SOLUTION: A pants-type diaper includes a front belt 18 and a back belt 19 extending to the waist direction, and a crotch panel 13 bridged between the front and back belts. A plurality of waistline elastic members 30 extending to the waist direction are mounted in a stretched state on the front and back belts, and a pair of solid cuffs 40 extending in parallel to both side marginal parts 13c and 13d of the crotch panel are included. The solid cuffs are joined to the crotch panel at a fixation marginal part 40c extending in parallel to both side marginal parts of the crotch panel, and a front junction 48a and a rear junction 48b positioned on both end parts in the vertical direction, and have a free marginal part 40d extending to between the front and back junctions, and a solid cuff elastic member 42 mounted on the free marginal part in a stretched state, and extending to between the front and back junctions.
