The present invention relates to an oral tablet composition containing amorphous dexlansoprazole, mannitol having an average particle size of 100 to 400 μm, a disintegrant and a lubricant, an oral tablet containing the same and a method for producing the same. The oral tablet composition according to the present invention can provide an oral tablet having excellent hardness, reduced disintegration time, and at the same time, improved friability. Further, according to the present invention, the production process can be simplified and the production efficiency can be improved by utilizing the dry direct compression method as a method for producing the oral tablet.
