The heat exchanger includes an inlet port through which seawater is introduced and an outlet port through which seawater heated by the oil, an object to be heated, inside the heat exchanger is discharged, and an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe are respectively installed in the inlet port and the outlet port, wherein magnets are installed in the inlet pipe and the outlet pipe.
