PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce mist of hydrogen peroxide thoroughly into every internal corner of the container.SOLUTION: A method of sterilizing a container comprises moving a plurality of nozzles, together with a container in a condition that the nozzles are each inserted into the container at constant intervals, in a specified direction in a round circulation path at a constant moving speed, causing hot air guided with a duct and vaporized hydrogen peroxide supplied from a mist generation apparatus to join together in manifold and distributing among the nozzles and blowing hot air for sterilization containing vaporized hydrogen peroxide into the container so as to sterilize the inside of the container.【課題】過酸化水素のミストを容器の内部の隅々まで満遍なく導入する。【解決手段】複数本のノズルを各々容器に一定区間内で挿入した状態で容器とともに円形の循環経路に沿って所定方向に一定の移動速度で移動させ、かつ、ダクトにて導かれる熱風と、ミスト発生装置から供給される気化された過酸化水素とをマニホールドにて合流させて前記各ノズルに分配し、前記各ノズルから前記気化された過酸化水素を含んだ殺菌用熱風を容器内に吹き込むようにし、これにより容器内の殺菌を行なう。【選択図】図１
