The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lactic acid bacteria spawn powder by a solid phase fermentation method and a low temperature air blowing drying method. More particularly, rice bran, which is a byproduct produced during a rice milling process, is used to enhance culture speed, lactic acid bacterial spawn powder having a high concentration of active live bacteria can be produced without damaging the cells of the lactic acid bacteria after a low temperature air blowing drying process at a temperature range of about 28-30°C. By using the solid-phase fermentation method and a low temperature air blowing drying method which are cheap and easy to use, more inexpensive lactic acid bacterial spawn products can be produced.본 발명은 고상발효법 및 저온 송풍건조법을 이용한 유산균 종균 분말의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 쌀 도정공정 중에 발생되는 부산물인 미강을 이용하여 배양속도를 향상시키고, 약 28도씨 내지 30도씨의 온도범위에서 저온 송풍 건조 공정을 거쳐 유산균주의 세포 손상없이 유효생균수 농도가 높은 유산균종균 분말제조가 가능하도록 하고, 설비가 저렴하고 사용이 용이한 고상발효법과 저온송풍건조공법을 이용하여 보다 저렴한 유산균 종균 제품을 생산할 수 있도록 하는 고상발효법 및 저온송풍건조법을 이용한 유산균 종균 분말의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
