PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that transports a resin filament (such as a balloon tube of a catheter) to a mold tool by utilizing fluid pressure.SOLUTION: The present invention is composed of i. a step for moving a second side mold to open a mold tool and inserting an air pressure transport tube into a space between the second side mold and a center mold; ii. a step for putting a resin filament 1 in a branch part of the air pressure transport tube from a first parison part 11; iii. a step for making the resin filament pass through the cylindrical part of the air pressure transport tube and the center mold by blowing onto the resin filament, and moving the resin filament until a bubble part 12 of the resin filament contacts the inner wall of a first side mold; iv. a step for making the resin filament pass through the center mold and the cylindrical part of the air pressure transport tube by blowing onto the resin filament from the small diameter part of the first side mold, and moving the resin filament until the bubble part of the resin filament contacts the inner wall of the second side mold; and v. a step for disassembling and removing the cylindrical part of the air pressure transport tube, and closing the center mold and the second side mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、樹脂線状体(カテーテルのバルーンチューブ等)を、流体圧力を利用して金型に輸送する機構を提供する。【解決手段】i.第2のサイド金型を動かし金型を開け、第2のサイド金型とセンター金型の間のスペースに空気圧輸送管を挿入する工程、ii.空気圧輸送管の分岐部に、樹脂線状体1を第1のパリソン部11から投入する工程、iii.樹脂線状体にエアーを吹き付け、空気圧輸送管の円筒部とセンター金型を通過させ、樹脂線状体のバブル部12が第1のサイド金型の内壁に接触するまで、樹脂線状体を移動させる工程、iv.樹脂線状体に第1のサイド金型の小径部からエアーを吹き付け、センター金型と空気圧輸送管の円筒部を通過させ、樹脂線状体のバブル部が第2のサイド金型の内壁に接触するまで、樹脂線状体を移動させる工程、v.空気圧輸送管の円筒部を分解して取り外し、センター金型と第2のサイド金型を閉める工程を含む構成とする。【選択図】図1
