Disclosed are a heterogeneous ergometer comparing apparatus and a measurement value comparing method using the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a heterogeneous ergometer comparing apparatus includes: a motor section which includes a servo motor connected to a pedal rotation shaft of a bicycle type ergometer and rotating the pedal rotation shaft at a constant speed； a sensor section which is disposed between the pedal rotation shaft and the rotation shaft of the motor, and includes a torque sensor measuring a torque of the pedal rotation shaft and an encoder measuring the number of rotations of the pedal rotation shaft； and a control section which controls driving of the servo motor, calculates a transfer function of the ergometer by comparing an input value obtained by the torque and the number of rotations measured from the sensor section and a measured value measured from the bicycle type ergometer, and converts values measured from different bicycle ergometers by using the transfer function. According to the present invention, it is possible to solve various problems such as loss of accumulated data due to a terminal of an equipment manufacturer or more.이종 에르고메타 비교 장치 및 이를 이용한 측정값 비교 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 이종 에르고메타 비교 장치는 자전거형 에르고메타의 페달 회전축과 연결되어 일정 속도로 상기 페달 회전축을 회전시키는 서보모터를 포함하는 모터부, 상기 페달 회전축 및 상기 모터의 회전축 사이에 배치되어 상기 페달 회전축의 토크를 측정하는 토크센서와 상기 페달 회전축의 회전수를 측정하는 엔코더를 포함하는 센서부, 상기 서보모터의 구동을 제어하고 상기 센서부에서 측정된 토크와 회전수를 통해 구해진 입력값과 상기 자전거형 에르고메타에서 측정된 측정값을 비교하여 에르고메타의 전달함수를 도출하며 전달함수를 이용하여 서로 다른 자전거형 에르고메타에서 측정된 측정값을 변환하는 제어부를 포함한다.
