The present invention provides an antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof, that binds to TM4SF5, and uses thereof. The antibody of this invention inhibits the growth, metastasis and invasion of cancer cells expressing TM4SF5 by binding to a tumor-specific antigen, TM4SF5, with high affinity, and therefore can be used to diagnose, prevent or treat various cancers expressing TM4SF5.La présente invention concerne un anticorps ou un fragment de liaison à un antigène correspondant, qui se lie à TM4SF5 et des utilisations correspondantes. Lanticorps selon la présente invention inhibe la croissance, les métastases et linvasion de cellules cancéreuses exprimant TM4SF5 par la liaison à un antigène spécifique à la tumeur, TM4SF5, avec une affinité élevée et peut donc être utilisé pour le diagnostic, la prévention ou le traitement de divers cancers exprimant TM4SF5.
