A device for manufacturing an absorption structure, capable of supplying an absorptive dispersive material to a desired position on a sheet and also capable of preventing the material from dispersing to places other than the desired position.A device (1) for manufacturing an absorption structure comprises a rotating drum (40) which conveys a first continuous sheet (20), a supply means (50) which supplies an absorptive dispersive material (13) to the first continuous sheet (20), a second conveyance means (60) which conveys a second continuous sheet (30), and a joining means (70) which joins the first continuous sheet (20) and the second continuous sheet (30) together. Recesses (43) and surface-forming sections (41) in which the recesses (43) are not formed are formed on the front surface (40a) of the rotating drum (40). Center holes (45) which penetrate from the front surface (40a) through to the rear surface (40b) are formed in the center portions of the recesses (43). The rotating drum (40) has disposed therein a suction means for sucking from the front surface (40a) to the rear surface (40b) side. First curve portions which curve along the recesses (43) and second curve portions which curve toward the center holes (45) are formed in the first continuous sheet (20).
