The invention relates to veterinary medicine, specifically to surgical methods of removing ovaries in the event of serious pathologies. The method comprises gaining access into the abdominal cavity to the ovaries via two ports. A primary port is established by gaining access via the mouth and oesophagus into the stomach, and a secondary port is established by gaining access via the stomach wall of the abdominal cavity to the ovaries. From within the stomach, the muscle layer and the serosal layer of the stomach wall is then incised and access is gained by inserting an endoscope and elongated manipulators into the abdominal cavity. The ovaries are successively mobilized and extracted into the stomach and then to the outside through the oesophagus and the mouth. The invention makes it possible to remove ovaries with little risk of post-operative complications, without visible scars and with rapid recovery periods.L'invention concerne la médecine vétérinaire et notamment des méthodes de retrait d'oesophages par voie opératoire en cas de pathologies graves, La méthode comprend l'accès de la cavité abdominale aux ovaires via deux ports.
