The present invention relates to uracratia underwear. A waterproof cloth is formed on the outside of a pad unit having a waterproof layer, a water absorbing layer, and a concave and convex part which are sequentially laminated, so the outer surface around the pad unit is not wetted even when secretion of a wearer is absorbed to the pad unit and diffused to the outside. The waterproof cloth is fixed to the pad unit through a sewing operation while having an inwardly folded end part, so a sewed part is not exposed to the outside and feeling of irritation does not occur. Also, a wearer can be prevented from feeling continuous repulsion because secretion smears into a thread. According to an embodiment of the present invention, secretion of a wearer is rapidly absorbed, and a waterproofing process is performed on the top surface of a concave and convex part having multiple holes on the surface thereof to prevent the wearer from feeling wetness due to secretion, so a part coming in contact with skin is rapidly dried and the wearer can feel dryness and smoothness. Also, an absorbing process is performed on the bottom surface (rear surface) thereof to help drying of a part coming in contact with skin. Moreover, according to an embodiment of the present invention, since an assisting waterproof cloth for finishing the side end surface of the pad unit is formed, secretion absorbed to the pad unit is not exposed to the outside through the side end surface thereof.
