PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processing device and a program which can provide display information that is easy for a user to evaluate a walking condition.SOLUTION: A movement information processing device comprises an acquisition unit, a generation unit and a display control unit. The acquisition unit acquires movement information of a target person executing walking movement. The generation unit generates track information indicating positions of landing points of the target persons foot and displacement of the target person, on the basis of movement information acquired by the acquisition unit.
