The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for reducing anti-cancer agent resistance of a cancer cell or for performing a anti-cancer function containing a CAGE-derived oligopeptide as an effective ingredient and, specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition reducing anti-cancer agent resistance or expressing an anti-cancer effect by containing a CAGE-derived oligopeptide having a sequence of SEQ ID NO. 1 or SEQ ID NO. 2 as an active ingredient. The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention may effectively reduce the anti-cancer agent resistance of the cancer cell or a cancer tissue to enhance a treatment effect in using an anti-cancer agent, and also have own excellent anti-cancer activity to be used as a new anti-cancer agent. The oligopeptide, being the active ingredient of the pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention, has an advantage of having a low molecular weight unlike an antibody to reduce concern about an immune reaction and to be easily infiltrated into a tissue and is selectively applied to the cancer cell or the cancer tissue to effectively improve side effects of the conventional anti-cancer agent.본 발명은 CAGE 유래 올리고펩티드를 유효성분으로 함유하는 암세포의 항암제 내성 감소용 또는 항암용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 CAGE 유래의 서열번호 1 또는 서열번호 2의 올리고펩티드를 유효성분으로 함유하여 암세포의 항암제 내성을 감소시키거나 또는 항암 효과를 나타내는 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 약제학적 조성물은 항암제에 내성을 갖는 암세포 또는 암조직의 항암제 내성을 효과적으로 감소시킬 수 있어 항암제를 사용한 치료 효과를 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 그 자체로도 우수한 항암활성이 있어 새로운 항암제로 사용할 수 있다.본 발명 약제학적 조성물의 유효성분인 올리고펩티드는 항체와는 달리 분자량이 작아 면역반응의 우려가 적고 조직 내에 침투가 용이하다는 장점이 있으며, 암세포 또는 암조직에 선택적으로 작용할 수 있어 기존 항암제의 부작용 문제를 효과적으로 개선할 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.
