PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge electrode and the like, preventing a discharge member from being cut and capable of achieving both a thinner thickness and an improvement in assemblability.SOLUTION: A discharge electrode and the like includes: a discharge member in which an insulation film is formed on tungsten so as to be capable of facing a counter electrode a ring-shaped terminal crimped to an end part of the discharge member in a longitudinal direction and a tube formed of a resin and covering an attachment section between the end part of the discharge member and the terminal. An end part of the tube is fixed to the end part of the discharge member and the terminal without a gap therebetween.
