PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a work map related to a fertilization situation of a farm field cannot be accurately created, thus causing defective growth of crop or the deterioration of quality due to the excess and deficiency of a fertilizer application amount.SOLUTION: A work map creation device creates a work map 1113 based on a corresponding relationship between position information 1111 which is acquired during the work of a working vehicle and prescribed working information 1112. The work map creation device comprises a work map storage section 1110 in which the work map 1113 is stored, and a work map write-in/erasure section 1120 which writes the work map 1113 into the work map storage section 1110 or erases all or a part of the work map 1113 from the work map storage section 1110.
