The PupeLupe is a device that would hang on the handle of any dog leash； it has a round carabiner with a strap attached to it and a keyring at the opposite end of the strap. On the keyring will be a U hook-loop that has a narrow slot to slide any plastic bags knot into. The idea being that after a person picks up their dogs waste in a plastic bag and ties it up with a knot to carry it； they just have to slide the knot into the loop (Lupe). They can then continue walking their dog and not carry the bag of waste in their hands, it is conveniently being held in the PupeLupe until it can be deposited into a waste receptacle. The PupeLupe can accommodate multiple bags.
