PURPOSE: A dumpling cover cutting machine is provided to offer safe food to consumers by satisfying the requisite of HACCP. CONSTITUTION: A dumpling cover cutting machine comprises a base body(210), a cutter part(220), a base plate, a driving drum(240), a transfer element(250), and a sensor. The cutter part is combined with the base body. The cutter part includes a molding cutter(222). The supporting plate is fixed on the base body. The supporting plate is a panel member arranged in the longitudinal direction of the base body. In the supporting plate, a punch unit is formed. The driving drum is arranged in the front end of the base body. The sensor is installed in order to sense the elevating action of the cutter part.본 발명은 만두피 커팅기에 관한 것으로서, 베이스몸체와, 상기 베이스몸체 상에 결합되어 고정 배치되고 승강 동작하도록 설치된 성형커터를 갖는 커터부를 포함하여 이루어지되； 상기 베이스몸체 상에 고정 설치하되 베이스몸체의 길이방향으로 수평 배치되는 판형부재로서, 커터부의 성형커터에 대응하는 위치 및 개수로 천공부가 형성된 받침판； 상기 베이스몸체의 선단부에 배치되며, 한 쌍이 상대(相對) 회전하도록 설치되는 구동드럼； 상기 받침판의 상면 후측부에 안착 배치되며, 실린더의 동작에 의해 받침판을 타고 슬라이드 이동하여 전진 및 후진하도록 설치되는 이송부재； 상기 커터부의 승강 동작을 감지하도록 설치되며, 커터부의 승강 동작에 연계하여 구동드럼의 동작을 제어하는데 사용하기 위한 센서； 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커팅벨트를 제거한 방식의 만두피 커팅기에 관한 것이다.
