A mattress for the disabled with a cavity inside is provided. The entry hole and the exit hole of the mattress are visible outside. The funnel (for evacuating filth) is fixed on the fixing component in the cavity. The entry of the funnel corresponds to the entry hole, so the exit of the funnel does to the exit one. The filth could be evacuated by the funnel, while the disabled is excreting.
