It comprises at least one peroxide, at least one acylating agent for releasing peracetic acid from the peroxide in aqueous solution, and also at least one nonionic surfactant. According to the invention, it is provided that it comprises agents for adjusting a pH of a 2% strength aqueous solution to pH 7.5 to 9 and is formulated as granules, where peroxide and/or acylating agent are coated with nonionic surfactant.
