The present invention concerns the field of skin care and is intended in particular to improve skin moisturisation. In particular, it concerns a cosmetic or dermatological composition comprising spring water having a mineralisation of between 650 mg/L and 1100 mg/L, and a concentration of sodium of between 85 mg/L and 150 mg/L, in particular Zamzam spring water, for the anti-ageing and moisturising effect of same on the skin, and for preventing cutaneous slackening. The invention also concerns the dermatological use of said composition for treating atopic dermatitis and pruritus.La présente invention concerne le domaine du soin de la peau et vise notamment à améliorer l'hydratation de la peau.
