PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solid cosmetic formulation is provided to ensure stability at high temperature and excellent skin applicability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a solid cosmetic formulation comprises: a step of mixing wax, cosmetics, and emulsifier and melting； a step of adding purified water and uniformly stirring； a step of injecting to a mold； and a step of cooling the mold. The wax includes C30-45 alkyldimethyl silyl polypropyl silsesquioxane, stearyl dimethicone, ceresin wax, carnauba wax, micro crystalline wax, shea butter, mango butter, Japan wax, stearic acid, or glyceryl monoester. 왁스가 경화된 껍질로 외부가 형성되고, 내부에는 졸(sol) 상태의 화장료 내용물이 존재하는 고형(固形)의 화장료 제형에 관한 것으로, 경도가 높지 않음에도 불구하고 고온에서 안정하며, 피부에 적용시 껍질을 형성하는 왁스층이 녹아 사용감을 좋게 하기 때문에 피부적용성 또한 우수하다.
