<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local temperature adjusting device enabling energy-saving cultivation, and efficient and stable energy-saving type multiple harvest cultivation through the year by locally performing temperature adjustment and environment adjustment for a crown. <;P>;SOLUTION: This local temperature adjusting device is made of a windowed structure having at least one window, and a medium-passing body to pass a medium. An environment symbiotic space as an empty space is formed between the upper inner surface of the windowed structure and a culture medium, the window and the windowed structure can be divided into a plurality of parts of at least two, the bending resistance of a windowed structure member forming the windowed structure is &ge;150 mm, and the heat conductivity of a material comprising at least one layer is 0.01-2.0 W/(m×;K). The device adjusts temperature of the environment symbiotic space by sending the adjusted medium to the medium-passing body, keeps dispersion of temperature-adjusted vapor in the environment symbiotic space to the outside at a minimum, and has a function of adjusting temperature of a crown and its peripheral part by flowing out the vapor through the window to the outside with the guide of the windowed structure.
