It is described a process for preparing polymer nano-particles based on poly(propylacrylic) acid homopolymer (PPA), in which is applied acid to neutralized an aqueous solution of PPA under reducing the quality of solvent just above the level corresponding to the phase separation with the degree of neutralization of from 0.1 to 0.4, the solution is heated at the temperature from 40 to 100 øC during 300 minutes.
