The present invention relates to a peel-off type coloration-persistent nail pack cosmetic composition and a preparing method thereof. More specifically, the composition includes a mixture of a thickener and a film forming agent such as polyvinyl alcohol vinyl and hydroxyalkyl cellulose with relatively high viscosity to coat an appropriately formed jelly substance on nails and toenails to form a thin film thereon.
