Output is a profile graph.Zariadenie na meranie profilu hrobčeka vytvoreného nad osivom je umiestnené tak, aby boli dodržané základné podmienky jeho správnej funkcie. Nepriamou súčasťou zariadenia je aj plaz, ktorý je umiestnený na sejačke. Po prejdení sejačky cez záujmové územie plaz vytvorí riadok, v ktorom sa umiestni nastaviteľná stojka (2). Stojku (1) je treba umiestniť tak, aby bol stred zariadenia nad snímaným hrobčekom (8). Na zadnej stene (3) je umiestnený milimetrový papier (7). Na zariadení sa ďalej nachádza hlavná vodováha (6), ktorá je tvorená dvoma rúrkovými vodováhami. Pred zadnou stenou (3) s milimetrovým papierom (7) sa nachádza rampa (4), v ktorej je umiestnených niekoľko tyčiek (5). Základom je zariadenie vyrovnať v horizontálnej rovine a na milimetrovom papieri (7) vytvoriť nulovú rovinu. Pri meraní so zariadením je treba tyčky (5) nastaviť podľa tvaru hrobčeka (8) nad osivom (9). Výstupom je profilograf.
