The present invention relates to a personalized bolus for compensating the thickness of the chest wall and a method of manufacturing the same. The personalized bolus includes: a first surface having a shape corresponding to an outer appearance of an affected region of a patient； and a second surface having a shape corresponding to an inner surface of the chest wall of the patient and facing the first surface. The personalized bolus compensates the thickness of the chest wall of the patient.흉벽의 두께를 보정하기 위한 맞춤형 볼러스는 환자의 환부의 외면에 대응하는 형상을 갖는 제1 면 및 상기 환자의 흉벽의 내면에 대응하는 형상을 가지며, 상기 제1 면에 대향하는 제2 면을 포함한다. 상기 맞춤형 볼러스는 상기 환자의 상기 흉벽의 두께를 보정한다.
