CONSTITUTION: A safety device of a popped grain manufacturing device includes a safety cover device blocking power when the device is opened and a body frame connected to a connection member. The safety cover device comprises a lower support(110) and a connection protrusion connected to a terminal of the connection member. A popped rice grinding part(120) is fixed on the top of the lower support. The connecting member forms a protrusion insertion groove on the center. The popped rice grinding part includes a guide plate(121) and a steel wire(122) formed according to a guide direction of the guide plate.본 발명에 따른 뻥튀기 제조기의 안전장치는, 본체프레임의 전방으로 뻥튀기가 토출되는 뻥튀기 제조장치에 있어서, 상기 본체프레임의 상부에 구비된 곡물공급유닛과, 곡물을 가열시키는 가열수단이 구비되며 공급된 상기 곡물을 상부에 수용하는 내부금형과, 상기 내부금형을 내부에 수용하는 외부금형과, 상기 곡물을 가열하는 가열수단이 구비되며 상기 내부금형에 공급된 곡물을 팝핑시킬 수 있도록 가압하는 상부금형이 포함되되, 상기 본체프레임에 전방 측부에 힌지 체결된 일측을 기준으로 타측이 회동하여 닫힘과 열림 상태를 이루되, 닫힘 상태에서는 회동하는 타측 단부가 상기 본체프레임의 접속부재에 접속되어 전원 공급됨과 동시에 전방으로 튀는 뻥튀기를 하부로 안내하고, 열림 상태에서는 전원 공급을 차단하는 안전커버장치를 포함한다.
