The present invention relates to a complex antibiotic composition for animals and to a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the complex antibiotic composition for animals comprises 10 to 40 wt% of florfenicol, 1 to 5 wt% of tolfenamic acid, 25 to 40 wt% of dimethylacetamide, 15 to 25 wt% of dimethyl sulfoxide, 10 to 17 wt% of methyl pyrrolidone, 0.5 to 2 wt% of benzyl alcohol and 3 to 8 wt% of water for injection (WFI). The present invention can maintain low viscosity while containing high concentration of florphenicol, and has a very excellent content retention ratio of each component in the complex antibiotic composition for animals.본 발명은 플로르페니콜(florfenicol) 10 중량% 내지 40 중량%, 톨페남산(tolfenamic acid) 1 중량% 내지 5 중량%, 디메틸아세트아미드(dimethylacetamide) 25 중량% 내지 40 중량%, 디메틸설폭시드(dimethyl sulfoxide) 15 중량% 내지 25 중량%, 메틸피롤리돈(methyl pyrrolidone) 10 중량% 내지 17 중량%, 벤질알코올(benzyl alcohol) 0.5 중량% 내지 2 중량% 및 주사용수(WFI； water for injection) 3 중량% 내지 8 중량%를 함유한 동물용 복합 항생제 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
