<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for agriculture and horticulture having high germicidal effect even after the reduction of the amount of agrochemical component used, particularly, the amount of chemical synthetic germicide used and having higher safety to the environment and excellent also in insect diseases-controlling action. <；P>；SOLUTION: The disease controlling composition for agriculture and horticulture comprises spores of bacteria (e.g. Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus sp.
