PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for storing water and watering, completely different from a conventional method for reducing a CO2 emission amount, and including automatically storing water in a hermetically sealed condition in a water storage tank without an electric source and power to supply and water the stored water without an electric source and power, and also using an action in which water stored by solar heat deprives vaporization heat when evaporating to emit ground surface heat to the outer space through rainwater as natural blessings, so as to perform global warming and water shortage measures without an electric source, power and water supply.SOLUTION: This method for storing water and watering includes utilizing a buoyancy action in which an object floats in water when having a specific gravity lower than that of water so as to hermetically cover and close an inlet through which water flows into a water storage tank by the object floating in water, and also using an action of a surface tension of water (capillary phenomenon) so as to let a water absorbing material absorb water stored in the water storage tank and to supply and move the water for watering.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来のCO2の発出量を削減する方法とは全く別の方法で、無電源、無動力で水を自動的に貯水タンク内に密封状態に貯水し、その貯水した水を無電源、無動力で給水して潅水できるようにする方法により、太陽熱によって貯水した水が気化する際に気化熱を奪う作用を利用することで、地表の熱を自然の恵みの雨水を媒介にして宇宙空間に放出させる方法によって、無電源、無動力、無上水で地球温暖化対策と水不足の対策の実施すること。【解決手段】 物体が水の比重より小さいと水中で浮く浮力作用を利用し、その水中で浮上する物体によって貯水タンク内に水が流入する流入口を密封状態に蓋して塞ぐことができ、また水が持つ水の表面張力の作用(毛細管現象の作用)を利用することで、吸水材に貯水タンクに溜めた水を吸水させてその水を給水移動して潅水できる。【選択図】 図5
