PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film capable of obtaining stable adhesive strength and easy-to-peel property even after being heated by sterilization processing, etc., and to provide a packaging container.SOLUTION: The laminated film is composed by sequentially laminating at least a first layer, a second layer, a third layer, and a fourth layer. In the first layer, a content of cyclic olefin polymer is 60-93 mass%, a content of polypropylene-based resin is 7-40 mass%, and a thickness is 2-15 &mum. In the second layer, a content of cyclic olefin polymer having a glass transition temperature higher than the cyclic olefin polymer used in the first layer by at least 20°C is 60-98 mass%, and a content of at least one kind selected from polyethylene resin, polypropylene-based resin, styrene-based elastomer and ethylene-based elastomer is 2-40 mass%.
