A heating mat of the present invention comprises: a silicone heating line layer (12) formed relatively closer to a lower layer (17) than an upper layer (1) of the heating mat and a natural amethyst layer (3) formed relatively closer to the upper layer (1), wherein an anion-emitting fabric layer (5), a nano-copper fiber layer (6), and a far-infrared radiating layer (7) are disposed between the silicone heating line layer (12) and the natural amethyst layer (3), and a composite metal sensor (C) surrounded by a mineral material sheet (B) is disposed between silicone heating lines (A) forming the silicone heating line layer (12). By comprising the nano-copper fiber layer (6) capable of blocking electromagnetic waves inside the heating mat, and by having the composite metal sensor (C) disposed between the silicone heating lines (A) surrounded by the mineral material sheet (B), the present invention effectively shields the electromagnetic waves emitted from the heating mat, and further serves to emit anions and far-infrared rays by comprising the anion-emitting fabric layer (5) and the far-infrared radiating layer (7).
