Provided in the present invention are an adhesive nanoparticle including a catechol group; a method for manufacturing the same; a complex having the adhesive nanoparticles adhered on a base material; and a method for manufacturing a complex which can continuously control discharge of drugs. The method for manufacturing the adhesive nanoparticles comprises: a first step of preparing a third polymer including one or more of a first polymer which can be combined with drugs and one or more of a second polymer which is more hydrophobic than the first polymer; a second step of forming nanoparticles having the second polymer located inside and the first polymer located outside by self -assembly of the third polymer; and a third step of combining a catechol group with the surface of the nanoparticles.본 발명은 카테콜기를 포함하는 접착성 나노입자; 이의 제조방법; 상기 접착성 나노입자가 기재 상에 접착되어 있는 복합체; 및 지속적으로 약물의 제어 방출이 가능한 복합체의 제조방법을 제공한다.
