PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate reproduction of a situation which causes data preservation related to biological information monitoring is required. SOLUTION: A display 12 displays information including a time-dependent change of biological information acquired from a patient 21 only for a first period. The storage 13 stores data corresponding to the information displayed on the display 12 only for a second period longer than the first period. The user interface 14 receives a data preservation instruction from the user. The processor 16 stores at least a part of the data stored in the storage 13 before the time when the user interface 14 receives the data maintenance instruction in the maintenance storage 15 having a storage capacity smaller than that of the storage 13.
