The present invention relates to an automatic method, which coats a ball-shaped carrier used for a moth repellent with a coloring agent and then with a repellent liquid to make a color of the coloring agent disappear and, if the repellent liquid volatilizes and disappears, to make the color of the coloring agent appear again and to enable a user to easily know a usage period of the moth repellent through color changes, and which mixes and dries a white coloring agent to enable the user to see whether the coloring agent is properly coated on the ball-shaped carrier through whiteness and a drying reduced amount. The present invention relates to an apparatus and an automatic method for performing a white coating operation, drying the coated white color, measuring proper mixture time according to weight reduction, and the whiteness for extracting a proper result, transmitting measured data to equipment and performing an organic interlocking operation.
