PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vehicle approach notification means effective for the visually-impaired person.SOLUTION: A system comprises a walking stick 100 and a device 200 that are able to communicate with each other. The walking stick comprises: a transmission unit 101 that transmits positional information on the walking stick and a notification unit 102 that gives notice of prescribed notification according to information indicating whether or not it is a dangerous place to cause a crash with a vehicle, and returned in response to transmission at a place where the approach of the vehicle was detected.
