Disclosed are a blood vessel patch using a silk matrix and a method for producing the same. In the blood vessel patch, a silk matrix having a first thickness cross section produced by a silkworm is divided into two or more silk matrix pieces of a predetermined shape having the first thickness. Furthermore, the manufacturing process is relatively simple, and can be further reduced as compared with the unit price of a normal vascular patch, and has excellent cell culture ability and biocompatibility.
