A waist protecting band comprises: a pressing part； a resilient part protruding to both sides of the pressing part and provided to surround the front side of the pressing part and capable of being elastically pressed and pressed against the waist when worn； a connecting part provided on each of both sides of the elastic part and adapted to wind the end of the elastic part by being pulled toward the pressing part； a band part provided on the outer side of the connection part and detachably attached to each other by a coupling means； a first pressing means connected to a connection part provided on the left side with respect to the pressing part to generate lifting force from the left side to the right side of the pressing part； and a second pressing means connected to a connection part provided on the right side with respect to the pressing part to generate lifting force from the right side of the pressing part to the left side.
