An endoprosthetic device 1, preferably a stent-graft, comprises a tubular main body 3 having a flexible, preferably non-stented, central portion and at least one adjustable length docking branch 5 extending from the main body 3. The adjustable length docking branch 5 can preferably be cut to length and may additionally have sections bearing a tab or loop 17 graspable by a user. The ends 11, 13 of the main body 3 are further preferably provided as stented portions 15. An access branch 9 may also be provided for assembly with a tubular branch body 36 having a laterally extending access branch 37 to form a modular graft assembly. A delivery system for the tubular branch body 36 is also taught and comprises a sheath 47 for confining the body 36, a retrieval capsule 81 and corresponding press-fit retrieval pin 55, and a retrieval wire 83. A delivery system (99, Fig 24) for the vascular graft modular assembly is also taught and comprises a removable valve and an integral valve (115, Fig 21) deliverable upon a delivery shaft (10, Fig 24). The delivery shaft (103) may also be provided with a pivotal slotted housing (101, Fig 24) serving as a handle.
